SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders, COVID-19 or postal service problems are outside of our control.
Online orders are processed and delivered from our roastery located in Toronto, Ontario using Canada Post.
For your reference below are estimates of package arrival once packed and ready for delivery within Canada:
Ontario – 2-3 business days
Manitoba, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia + Prince Edward Island, Quebec – 4-5 business days
British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan + Newfoundland – 5-6 business days
Northwest Territories, Yukon + Nunavut – 7+ days
Please be aware rural or remote addresses may require additional day(s) for delivery.
Unfortunately we currently do not offer US & International shipping.
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our roastery located at 180 John Street adjacent to Spaces Work-share. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 8am - 3pm on Mondays to Friday. Please note we close for lunch from 12:30pm - 1pm. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
This policy also applies to items marked as "Available for local pickup only."
Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer returns on roasted coffee. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
